Project Description
Land Surveying and Civil Engineering/Consulting for the construction of a new mixed use (retail/housing) development located conveniently to Miami Valley Hospital and the University of Dayton. Project includes multiple retail/restaurant/service leasing opportunities and 45 residential units consisting of one and two bedrooms. Design challenges included working around a shallow 9’x9’ box culvert which bisects the property without damaging or relocating the existing infrastructure and still creating a space that enhances this pedestrian friendly neighborhood.
